Firstly, thank you for reading. Secondly, yes, I agree with you about how they are messed up nervous systems as trauma alters your brain. My point is did you plan the trauma before you were born so you would experience these burdens in life? That’s my beef, those telling you that “you are not a victim as you planned for it”… the gaslighting from these counsellors and so-called mediums is what I have the issue with.
