Good for you for being mindful as it’s so easy to not be.

… more mindful of eating healthy so that it’s not as bad when I don’t have the energy to work out. 

Some drinks / snacks have an unexpectedly high number of calories. I would’ve never guessed that trail mix has more calories than Oreos.
