How about cptsd which is worse (and not saying ptsd isn’t horrific but cptsd fucks you up in more profound ways as it ruins your self worth and self esteem on top of everything that cptsd causes. Cptsd comes from long term trauma. Bullying and special needs parenting also are major culprits.
