I’m overweight and I WAS losing weight by eating intuitively which meant I ate enough high protein foods with good fats and complex carbs. Not going overboard and finding several times per day by being active. However a few weeks ago I got sick with bronchitis and I hardly ate anything because I felt awful. I drank a lot of fluids. But now that I’m better I got ravenous and distracted and gained some weight. I need to get back on track. I need to do it for my health! Not because I aim to be “thin”. I want to be healthy as there are health risks that are genetic in my case, but I have zero weight loss goals. It’s so freeing to say that. Great article by the way as once upon a time I got trapped in this too. No more.
