It’s a good question but the truth is we are our worst critics! It’s a sad fact.

Think about it. Would you ever tell your best friend they’re not as pretty, smart, or unique as someone else on Instagram? 
Heck no! You’d be the first one to remind them of their worth. So why not extend that kindness to yourself?
