Karma and lessons but I will never subscribe to you planning your specific traumas. That’s a misuse of free will by others and you get caught in the crossfire. You just risk it more if you bring in that energy but anything else could happen from that too. And narcissists, psychopaths, sociopaths, and bullies will be knocked down badly to see what kind of karma they have to balance.
