Me too! Even though so many say this is a bad idea, I can’t relax if I don’t scroll my phone before…

…ht isn’t advisable near bedtime, but my phone has the option of a blue light filter, so I use that. I find it so relaxing to cozy up in bed, so warm under the covers, and just enjoy a bit of wind-down time with my phone.
