Oh wow, I was never much of a gamer though I used to love that Atari game Adventure with the dragons and the golden chalice when I was a child. But as far as mellowing out, yeah I can relate a bit on that. I am more zen than I used to be but I think in my case it’s awareness of channeling anger in more of a constructive way
