Thank you but the truth is I’d much rather be in a roommate marriage and remain financially comfortable than to end up in a shelter which would hurt my daughter too. If he was abusive then I’d have no other option. I’ve been reading a lot about this issue and sadly it’s common. For the time being I’m staying put but if an opportunity does arise to break this up then I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.
