Thank you for this and I am sorry about your daughter. I have depression, complex trauma stress disorder and I had more than enough of toxic positivity in my life. I have a child with complex special needs who I had no choice to surrender because my mental and physical health were on the line and I was no good for him. Being “positive” wasn’t going to solve anything. And so-called gurus like Tolle victim blame.. that’s what it boils down to.
