This is an important message you are giving out. I have depression and cptsd and I had no support when I was a special needs mom. I had no choice but to send my son to a therapeutic residence or else something horrific would have happened. Now I’m definitely indulging in lots of self care. And he’s also happier and much more productive where he is.
