Wow you’ve had your fair share of heartache. And as someone who has depression and cptsd I couldn’t agree more about dealing with your trauma and mental health before having kids. I couldn’t care for my special needs son and he had to leave home at 13. I’m not sure if the end result would have changed if I dealt with my trauma but life would have been less chaotic that’s for sure. Powerful piece.
